Not Just Super Natural also Super Practical

So- I experience a bit of bleeding with flossing sometimes sorry for sharing too much. I have been solving the problem by using my naturally extravagant toner, Turkish Rosewater, as a mouth wash after flossing, with great results. But ideally its soo good best saved for feeding the skin.
Naturally distilled Rosewater is an astringent, this medical term comes from the latin word stringere, which literally means “to tighten”. Spelling it out for you: Makes tissue contract, so great to stop the bleeding.
Check list for rosewater:
Tightens skin- I think we all appreciate a bit of tightening (check)
Rose Cools- less red, more flawless (check)
Anti inflammatory – less red, more flawless! (check)

Xoxo

My New Haircut

I just literally chopped my hair, I just needed to use the last bit of energy I had to really work hard, and it’s interesting how people choose to chop their hair to enter this “no nonsense mode”.
But I really have to admit that I don’t worry too much about my hair because the Botanical Protein is like my cushion. It’s just like healthy hair in a bottle for me. So I wanted to share my honest stress free formula… I personally use it overnight the day before washing my hair. I have seen it make my hair grow, so I know I can use it if  I get desperate!
Other tips for healthy hair:
1-Don’t wash everyday, you need your natural oils
2-Work out! Your blood needs to circulate for overall health
3- Eat as healthy as you can, hint hint Taboula salad works great! Up your dose! Found even in fast food places these days

Eat Outside

Outstanding in the Field, is a mobile culinary adventure, its a restaurant without an address! sigh....
Their mission is to reconnect diners to the land and the origins of their food, and to honor the local farmers, and food artisans who cultivate it.

Landscape Design

Who's heard of Madame Ganna Walska? If you are a connoisseur of Cacti you would have! She adorned her estate with giant clamshells, varieties of Aloe, Cacti and more... I love the quirky style.  For more visit, Lotusland.org.
